Spa Cancellation Policy
• Both the treatment room and therapist's time are reserved just for you.
• Dandle asks that you respectfully give a 24-hour notice of cancellation. We charge 50% of the service price for same-day cancellations .

Spa No Show Policy
• Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forfeit a scheduled appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show” and charged 75% price


Retail Returns and Exchanges

At Dandle Spa, your happiness is our priority. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right.

To be eligible:

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the shipping date.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with the packing slip included.

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom Items
Custom items are final sale. If something’s not right, give us a call — we want you to love your order and will do our best to resolve any issues.

Wrong Item Shipped?
If we made a mistake, let us know. We’ll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

  • Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.

  • Retail store purchases cannot be returned via our website or phone.
