Spa Policies
Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Appointment time includes 5–10 minutes for undressing and consultation with your therapist.

If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time and treatment room are reserved just for you.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
No-Shows

Forgetting or skipping an appointment without notice will be considered a "no-show".

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Is Gratuity Expected?

Gratuity is not required, but always appreciated.

Most clients tip between 15%–25% of the full service price.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy at our spa is strictly professional and therapeutic.

There is absolutely no sexual component to any service.
-
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported.
